We always provide a qualified crew with our cherrypickers. This minimises our rental costs relative to other 'machine-only' hire companies. This is because hire companies incur delivery and collection costs to get the equipment to you and so their costs are often based on two return trips from to the worksite. By doing only one return trip from our base, our driver/operator saves a return journey. 

We also allow part-day charging which can reduce cost. The minimum hire period varies according to distance travelled.

At Cherry Green our travel time charges depend on the number of vehicles, machines and crew sent. We usually charge by the mile rather than by the hour so these costs are predictable & easily verifiable.

We provide all the specialist equipment needed for our crew and your staff to use the cherrypicker safely. This includes jack-mats, radios, harnesses & lanyards, and anemometers.

By providing all the necessary equipment with a trained crew, and doing the Working at Height (WAHR) risk assessments, Cherry Green provides a service not usually available through most hire companies. Our qualifed operators deliver the machine to you, stay to operate the machine, assist your staff in completing the work, and then leave.

Using high access platforms requires specalist training, insurance and equipment. We want to be satisfied that our machines are operated safely & are returned in good working order.

We are unusual in the access industry because we hire out our crews to operate 3rd partyaccess platforms.
